Our annual Boss Lady Awards are a much-loved tradition — a moment to acknowledge and celebrate the fabulous females who make our community what it is.

These awards shine a light on the women who show up, lead with heart, and inspire others through their courage, ambition, and authenticity. There are no strict criteria — simply nominate the women who inspire you most. Winners will be announced at the Boss Ladies Social, Friday 23rd October 2026.
