Suite Events was born from a love of music, entertainment and shared experiences, evolving into an event company built on the belief that the best moments bring people together.
We create experiences that make people feel something — in the best way. Our tenant activations are designed to bring people out of autopilot and into connection. Think modern, beautifully styled pop-ups created for busy foyers: engaging, memorable and thoughtfully delivered.
Alongside our corporate work, we curate bespoke private events for a small number of clients each year. By keeping our bookings intentionally limited, we’re able to create truly considered celebrations — from birthdays and gatherings to milestone moments that feel effortless and unforgettable.
With over 15 years in the Brisbane event scene, we bring together our favourite local suppliers, thoughtful design and seamless delivery to ensure every event runs smoothly from start to finish.

Ali Steffan
Founder
I’ve always been drawn to creating those feel-good moments — the energy, atmosphere, and thoughtful details that make people want to stay a little longer. With a background in performance and a Bachelor of Music, creating event magic has always come naturally to me.
I love watching all of the elements come together. The reward is in the delivery, but challenge is in the hours of planning, preparation and care that go into every detail. The best part is seeing people genuinely enjoy what we’ve created.
Over the years, I’ve built an incredible network, and I’m grateful to work alongside the best in the business to deliver experiences that feel considered, effortless and unforgettable.
Outside of events, I’m kept busy by my two beautiful, wild babies. I’m also a proud champion for women in business and founded Boss Ladies Lunch in 2017 to create space for connection, support and collaboration for women in business across Brisbane.

With a Bachelor of Business Marketing from QUT, I quickly realised the world of events was where my creativity and energy felt most at home. I’m all about bringing ideas to life, from styling the details that make a space feel special to helping ensure everything runs seamlessly behind the scenes.
Seeing a vision come together and watching people genuinely enjoy the experience is one of the best parts of what I do.
Outside of work, I’m a proud lover of our main pop girls, happiest when I’m cooking for friends or hosting a dinner party, and will never say no to a good glass of wine.
Working alongside Ali, our founder, I’m excited to help bring our clients’ visions to life and deliver events that feel seamless, considered and memorable.

We are committed to minimising our environmental footprint. This includes promoting remote work to reduce commuting emissions, using energy-efficient technology, and maintaining a paperless office. For our events, we prioritize sustainable practices, opting for eco-friendly packaging, minimizing waste, and partnering with vendors who share our values of sustainability.
Education and Empowerment:
As part of our focus on empowering small businesses and individuals, we facilitate Boss Ladies Lunches for women in business in Brisbane. These events aim to support local entrepreneurs and business women in gaining insights and collaborative opportunities to enhance their businesses while also providing personal support and promoting wellbeing.
